About How Many Mins?
Every time I air-fried something, I found myself searching "what temp, how long?" again. So I built a site where you type the food and get the temperature and time right away.
Which air fryer are these times for?
The temperature and time at the top of each recipe are for a standard basket air fryer, based on maker guidance and common cooking standards. Models differ in fan strength and basket size, so expect 1–3 minutes of difference. Start a little shorter and check as you go.
Temperatures are shown in °F first, rounded to the 25° steps most US air fryer dials use, with the °C value alongside.
What are the "oven-style results"?
I don't use a basket air fryer. I use an SK Magic EON-B450M (a convection microwave oven) on its air fry and convection settings. Oven-style machines have a bigger cavity, so preheating and timing often differ from basket models. When I cook something myself, I add the measured temperature, time and rack setup to the "Oven-style results" box on that recipe.
Foods I haven't tested yet say so in that box. For what changes in oven-style mode, see the oven-style guide.

Some photos come from free photo sites (Unsplash and Pexels), and each one is credited. I'm replacing them with my own photos as I cook each food.
