How it varies by air fryer
Cutlet thickness can add 2–4 minutes. Thin cutlets may be done early.
Tips
- Oiling the crumb coating is what turns it golden instead of white and powdery.
- For thick cutlets, cut into the center to make sure the pork is fully cooked.
Troubleshooting
- White, powdery coating: no oil. Spray both sides evenly.
- Golden outside, cold center: it’s a thick cutlet. Lower to 350°F (180°C) and add 3–4 minutes.
